Registration Fees - TBA

Early Bird Registration fees / Registered and PAID till January 10, 2021

  • Full Fees - 590 EUR
  • Students Fees - 280 EUR

Regular Registration fees / Registered and PAID till February 15, 2021

  • Full Fees - 690 EUR
  • Students Fees - 350 EUR

Late Registration fees / Registered and paid after February 15, 2021 or on site

  • Full Fees - 790 EUR
  • Students Fees - 420 EUR

All registration fees include:

  • access to all scientific events
  • scientific materials
  • morning and afternoon refreshment
  • lunches
  • welcome party
  • conference dinner

Cancellation and refunds

The cnference office must be notified about any cancellation / changes in writing.

  • Cancellations received till January 15, 2021 - full refund of the registration fee less 1 000 CZK (≈ 40 €) for administrative charge.
  • Cancellations received till February 15, 2021 - 50% refund of the registration fee.
  • Cancellations received from February 16, 2021 - no refund possible, but a substitute can use your fee instead of you

The participant acknowledges that she / he has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economical events or generally by "force majeure", or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With her / his registration, the participant accepts this proviso.

Please make sure all bank fees are covered by the submitting account and that the payment is free of charge for the receiver account, all bank charges must be fully covered by the participant.

In order to identify your payment, it is necessary to specify the name of the participant (with a registration ID).

A collective payment for several participants from one institute/workplace should be accompanied by a list of participants with detailing of the amounts to be paid. This document should be sent to the PCaPAC2021 office by e-mail.

For payment by credit card please use the following link on-line payment system (not available at this moment).

Tax Invoice

All fees are quoted in CZK and include VAT. A tax invoice will be issued by our financial department after your payment, and sent by e-mail to you. If you need it, don´t forget to fill in the necessary details (address + VAT number) in the registration form.
