The conference secretariat (Romana Kocova) must be notified about any cancellation in writing.
Cancellations received till October 1, 2015 - full refund of the registration fee less 600 CZK (≈ 20 €) for administrative charge. All refunds will be made after the conference.
Cancellations received from October 2, 2015 - no refund possible.
If you should be prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Name changes should be notified in writing to the conference secretariat as well.
Cancellation of accommodation
The conference secretariat must be notified in writing about any change or cancellation of the confirmed hotel booking. Changes requested by telephone will not be accepted. Do not contact the hotel directly.
The date on which your written cancellation is received will be considered as the date of cancellation.
All refunds will be made after the conference.
